Engine work is in the DNA of Søby Shipyard, and a big part of the history of the shipyard. Søby Shipyard excels in the overhaul, repair, and rebuilding of any marine engine service and mechanical system. With a complete in-house ability to perform any possible variety of engine work, we deliver premium results based on specialization and experience.

Our engine department holds a large, staffed workshop with our own skilled employees, and we constantly have between 5 and 10 apprentices on our team, and we are proud of contributing to the continuation of great ship building skills to the maritime industry.
