Increased quality control with new employee

Stephanie started in the newly created position on June 1, 2023, and after thorough training and introduction, she will be responsible for the shipyard's quality control procedures, including the shipyard's ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications. Stephanie will thus be an important piece in maintaining the high standard for which Søby Shipyard is known. Additionally, Stephanie will handle various internal HR activities in collaboration with the shipyard's director.

Stephanie is 30 years old and resides on Ærø with her husband and two children. She is graduated of Marstal Navigation School and has broad experience, including her 5 years as a Chief officer at Ærøfærgerne.
